Hi, I’m Ariana and I’m so glad you’re here! As a mother of two young girls, I understand that navigating family planning, pregnancy and parenthood can feel overwhelming. I offer a nurturing, nonjudgmental and honest approach to therapy, supporting mothers in building confidence and discovering purpose through both their strengths and vulnerabilities. I work with mothers and families to address life’s challenges by helping them to examine interpersonal relationships, process difficult thoughts and emotions, explore healthy coping strategies and find tangible solutions.
I specialize in supporting individuals through their perinatal journey, including pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, birth trauma and the emotional changes that come with parenthood. I also work with children, adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, big emotions, identity development, family transitions or life stressors.
