Darcy Sauers is a postpartum doula certified by DONA International, a Certified Lactation Counselor and the founder of Dover Doula.

She has helped hundreds of families in the Seacoast area since 2010. Darcy is also a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor and a certified Yoga Birth Method instructor. She lives in Dover, NH and has three grown children.

Her passion is pregnancy and the twelve week period after a baby’s birth.  It’s such an amazing and transformational time in the life of the baby, the mom and the family.  As your postpartum doula, Darcy will support you during this special time period.
