I believe in a woman’s ability to birth her baby guided by her innate wisdom, her body’s strength, support from her family and her midwives, and without unnecessary interventions. I believe in monitoring women appropriately and responsibly during their pregnancy and the birthing process. I have been formally educated and trained in out-of-hospital birth because I believe in gentle, non-invasive birthing is the best way for babies to be welcomed into the world.
