Molly launched Sleep Shore after realizing how many parents, herself included, were navigating the fog of sleepless nights and conflicting advice, desperately trying anything to help their little ones rest. When her first child wouldn’t sleep or stay asleep, she experienced the same exhaustion, anxiety, and overwhelm that so many families face. By the time her third baby arrived, she was determined to find a better way.
Drawing on her journey as a mom of three, combined with professional training, Molly created Sleep Shore to be the resource she wished she’d had: clear, compassionate, and practical support that truly works. Because she’s lived it, Molly understands that better sleep isn’t just about “sleeping through the night.” It’s about restoring confidence, reducing stress, and equipping families with the tools and real-time guidance they need to thrive day and night.
