I am a passionate full spectrum doula, childbirth educator, and placenta encapsulator serving Eastern MA and the South Shore area since 2018. With every moment spent in this work, I am fueled by a deep love and dedication to supporting all families through their journey of conception, birth, and beyond. My commitment to social and racial justice, as well as sexual, pelvic, and perinatal health, underpins every aspect of my practice. I firmly believe that all individuals who are pregnant deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and autonomy, and it is my mission to provide unwavering support for their choices. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, centered around Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, and grounded in both lived experience and evidence-based practices. I strive to build trusting and transparent relationships with the families I serve, recognizing that the connection between doula and client is paramount. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community with a multitude of identities, I am deeply committed to supporting marginalized and underserved communities. I advocate tirelessly for LGBTQ+ individuals and other marginalized groups, ensuring they receive the compassionate care and affirming support they deserve. Beyond my work in birth support, I find joy in spending time with my partner and our four beloved cats. Dancing, reading, and immersing myself in nature are among my passions, providing balance and rejuvenation outside of my doula practice. With a gentle, supportive, and educational approach I am here to meet you where you’re at. Together, we will navigate the transformative experience of pregnancy, birth, and beyond with respect, dignity, and unwavering support.
