I specialize in trauma-focused, brain-based therapies including EMDR, Brainspotting, parts work, and Somatic Experiencing, all through a polyvagal-informed lens. I only offer extended 90-minute sessions and multi-day intensives both of which are designed to create meaningful progress without years of weekly therapy.
I’m especially passionate about working with women who are ready to do this work because the impact reaches far beyond the individual. Feeling more regulated, grounded, and connected changes how you show up in your life, your relationships with family and friends, and the patterns you carry forward.
