Beth received her MA in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and those navigating life transitions. Beth works with clients collaboratively, and she strives to provide the space for each client to feel fully heard and understood without judgement.
Beth is passionate about working with a wide range of clients around generational trauma, finding resiliency within themselves, fertility, postpartum and familial relationship challenges. Beth has an appreciation for the complexity of parenting. She believes in empowering her clients to reach their goals using their own expertise, intuition and insight. Beth values meeting the clients where they are by providing a safe and accepting environment and presenting her authentic and genuine self as a resource. Her hope is for each client to gain a better understanding of their personal strengths and abilities to help increase their confidence by using healthy and effective coping skills.
Hours: in-person Fridays in Westford, virtual Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
