Dr. Daisy (she/her) is a pelvic health physical therapist with over six years of specialized experience in this field. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Daemen University in Buffalo, NY, and began her career in orthopedics. Recognizing a crucial need for pelvic health specialists, she subsequently pursued advanced training to support those in need.
She relocated to Maine to join Root to Rise Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health, where she combines her pelvic floor expertise with her orthopedic background to provide holistic care that addresses the root cause of her patients’ symptoms. Dr. Daisy’s primary goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of all her patients.
Her passion is not limited to one specific patient population. She provides judgement-free treatment to patients of all genders. Some conditions she enjoys providing support for include: pain during intimacy, urinary urgency and frequency, urinary leakage during daily activities, as well as returning to higher level activity in any stage of life. This may include returning to running following childbirth or post-hysterectomy, or even getting back into the gym following a prostatectomy.
