Dr. Julia Tortolani is a National Board-Certified (NCCAOM) Acupuncturist who practices Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through a holistic, integrative approach. Her treatments draw from acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, manual therapy, herbal medicine, and dietary guidance. She specializes in integrative medicine with extensive training and clinical experience in hospital-based settings. She frequently collaborates with Western medical providers and is comfortable interpreting lab results and imaging reports. She offers pediatric modalities including acupressure, pediatric Tui-Na, and Japanese Shoni-Shin. Part of Working Well Spaces in Knightville, South Portland.
Julia donates her time weekly at the Dempsey Cancer Center, where she provides acupuncture in a no-cost clinic for cancer patients. In this setting, she works collaboratively with oncologists, radiologists, surgeons, and nutritionists to support coordinated, comprehensive care.
