Dr. Juliana (Jules) is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist and the founder of Pacer Physical Therapy. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology at the University of Rhode Island. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Institute of Technology, graduating with a special interest in treating female athletes.
Juliana began her career working in multiple settings in PT including in pediatrics. She Ā found her love for supporting moms while working with families, realizing a critical gap in care for women during pregnancy and postpartum. Juliana loves giving support to this population, especially after her own experience in becoming a mother. She has seen how important it is to feel supported and cared for during this major life transition.
Juliana has the experience, knowledge, and passion to cater to her clientās unique needs. Juliana has helped countless women during her career, ranging from new moms recovering from difficult deliveries, preparing women for VBACs and spinning babies, and supporting moms with pain during pregnancy to mom marathoners with running-related injuries.
In her free time, Juliana enjoys spending time with her family and going on stroller runs with her son. She enjoys weight lifting, surfing, hiking, and doing outdoor activities with her family.
