Hello, I’m Dr. Katie, a pelvic health physical therapist at Boston Pelvic PT. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and my undergraduate degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America—both of which deepened my love for movement, the human body, and helping others feel better in theirs.
My passion for pelvic health grew from my own search for relief from pelvic pain and a better quality of life. I’m certified through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and have additional training in sports medicine, advanced dry needling, and postpartum corrective exercise. I work with adults of all gender expressions, including those navigating birth prep and postpartum recovery, pain with intimacy, leaking during workouts, prostate and sexual health dysfunction, and healing from pelvic surgeries. I am also certified in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, a gentle technique that releases organ tension to relieve pelvic and core dysfunction.
My passion for sport performance stems from my history as a collegiate Division III lacrosse player and two-time marathon runner, which inspired me to develop and lead the Return to Running program here at Boston Pelvic PT. My goal is to help you move better and feel more in control of your body.
Outside the clinic, I love cooking, traveling, skiing, and hiking around Boston with my husband and daughter.
