Dr. Melissa Nassaney is a physical therapist, women’s health educator, and founder of Full Circle Pelvic Health in Warwick, RI. A women’s health advocate for over 30 years and a board-certified women’s health clinical specialist (WCS), she helps women from menses through menopause manage pelvic health, recover from childbirth or surgery, and regain bladder/bowel control while returning to fitness and function. Her interest began teaching exercise classes at 18; personal pelvic health challenges after pregnancy led her to women’s physical therapy and a mission to improve maternal care and menopause preparation. She studied at the University of Rhode Island and MGH Institute of Health Professions, with additional coursework through SOWH/APTA and Herman & Wallace. Experience includes pelvic rehab for women and men, pelvic pain, pregnancy musculoskeletal issues, and urological and colorectal issues. She also offers online coaching programs.
