As an alumna of Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts, I carry the the mission and philosophy of the college which became instilled in me over 20 years ago with me daily: ” to educate the whole person in spirit, mind, and body for leadership in service to others.”
In all I do and intend to do over the span of my career, I will lead with my clients’ best interest emotionally, physically and spiritually at heart.
As I share more of who I am and of the services I provide over time, it is my hope that you’ll begin to see this philosophy come to life.
How Do I Describe Myself?
I do my best thinking, planning and self discovery by the water. This may be when silently watching gallons of water cascade through falls on a New England hike, on a solo walk at the beach, camping along the estuaries of Maine’s mid-coast region or watching my two young sons hunt for crabs. By the water, I am at peace, yet filled with an energy that can carry me through my days and most importantly I am authentically me.
At heart, I am a wife, a daughter, friend, a boy mom, an educator and a perpetual student. I thrive and survive by living life moment to moment and embracing chaos head on. Over the last several years, as I’ve faced a new level of “hard things” I have come to know myself as a courageous and fiercely driven woman.
