Natalie Grammer is a birth and postpartum doula and the founder of Maine Doulas, a locally and woman-owned agency that matches families with pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early-parenting support. A doula since 2011, she founded the agency in 2015 with the late Jodi Phinney and has trained with DONA International, ProDoula, HypnoBirthing, and Spinning Babies. The agency emphasizes overnight newborn care, labor support, and both high-risk and low-risk pregnancies, and reports serving more than 2,000 families across Maine and Northern New England. Natalie also trained as a chef and is a parent of two.
