Kristin has first-hand experience with the many benefits of yoga. As a mother of 3, Kristin’s personal life and yoga practice informs her style as an instructor. Recognizing the role yoga played in the birth of her 2nd child, sparked a desire to share yoga with others so that they too can discover the divinity within themselves. As a parent, yoga can be grounding while providing the mental, physical, and spiritual toolkit to navigate the ebbs and flows of daily life.
In 2023, Kristin completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of Kim Valeri Povey of Yogaspirit®. In early 2024, Kristin completed her 85 hour pre/postnatal teacher training with instruction by Bec Conant of Om Births (just weeks before Kristin gave birth to her daughter).
Private prenatal sessions with Kristin structured as a combination of form/flow yoga, informed by your individual pregnancy needs, as well as your labor, delivery and postpartum goals. Sessions may include breathing strategies, guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, labor & birth positions, birth affirmations, and the creation of a birth plan.
