Radiant Prenatal Yoga classes are designed for Boston moms-to-be.
The specialized prenatal teaching team creates a well-paced sequence with a focus on the unique needs of prenatal women. Students have the opportunity to connect with one another, with themselves, and with the little yogis growing within. We move through a series of grounding asanas to both strengthen and soothe the physical body. The experience is both invigorating and restoring.
