My name is Rynn Mills, and I am a trained birth doula serving the Rhode Island and Connecticut areas. I knew birth work was right for me because I have always had a naturally calming demeanor, gentle hands, and a nurturing personality. I am extremely passionate about protecting the sacred space around my clients throughout their pregnancy; helping them give birth confidently and their babies make grand entries into this world with serenity and peace. I am trained in prenatal support, labor and delivery, lactation support, and infant care. It would be my absolute honor to be your guiding moonlight: always there to help you navigate the ebbs and flows of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. My passion at Moon and Tide Birth Services stems purely from the profound joy of safely helping a sweet baby come to be with us in this world.
