My work is focused on parents in the perinatal phase of parenthood, as well as adults navigating transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting and couples work. I also work with couples and am the Treasurer for the MA Chapter of Postpartum Support International.
I graduated from Simmons University with my MSW in 2010 and have worked in community outpatient mental health. I have a passion for combining both the micro work of therapy with the macro work of advocacy. This includes reducing the stigma around mental health and improving maternal health outcomes.
