Sometimes just saying things out loud helps. We all occasionally get lost in the day to day noisiness of our lives, where responsibilities and expectations are high and opportunities for reflection and growth are low. Its really nice to have someone in your corner reminding you of your strengths and helping you navigate how toĀ live a life more consistent with what truly fulfills you.
My approach is eclectic but rooted in attachment and internal family systems theories.Ā I have a master’s degree in social work, am a licensed clinical social worker and have overĀ 20Ā years of experience supporting adults, children and families.Ā I’ve spent time in community mental health, special ed classrooms, adoption, foster care and private practice. So, whatever it is you’re going through, I’ve seen it before.
