Sydney Schwartz is a DONA-certified birth and postpartum doula offering birth support, postpartum care, and childbirth education through Garden Snake Doula. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Dance in 2023, she worked as a nanny, began DONA training in 2025, and interned at a local hospital, attending more than 14 labors and births. She also trained with parteras in Mexico. Her approach blends natural practices with evidence-based education so families feel respected, heard, and prepared.
