Hi, I’m Valerie, a Birth and Postpartum Doula serving Orange County & Los Angeles. My passion for doula work started long before I knew what a doula was. I naturally supported friends as they navigated pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, and when I found out about doulas, I knew I found my life’s calling.

I was born and raised in Quebec, Canada, and grew up in a large family with a lot of children around. My family experience offered me a comfortability with welcoming new lives into the world. I am blessed to have 4 children of my own, whose births and babyhood experiences inform my passion and my approach to doula work. Health and fitness are of utmost importance to me, as is promoting holistically-minded living.

As a doula, I work hard to support my clients in having the best experience possible by making sure they are educated, informed, and supported throughout their pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
