Yuki is a graduate of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, one of the top Chinese Medicine schools in the country of China. She had trained under well known contemporary doctors like Doctor Tiequ Chai and learned leading edge techniques like floatingneedle, cheek needle, Yi cupping, Qihuang cupping, and fire needle.

Yuki internships at the best hospital of the Guangdong province, No. 1 Affiliated Hospital and the number signifies its ranking in the region. It is one of the most highly sought after hospitals for oriental medicine interns around the country. She had worked in the departments of internal and external medicine, gynecology, and pediatric acupuncture.

Yuki had worked in her home city of Hong Kong for a year before moving to the United States hoping to help promote some of the skills she learned outside of China.
